| Cancellations: There is a $25 cancellation fee if cancelled before we receive signed lease agreement. After we receive signed lease agreement: A cancellation 21 or more days prior to taking occupancy there is a $100 fee. If cancelled 14-20 days prior to taking occupancy, all “initial payment” monies as stated on lease would be forfeited. If cancelled 13 days or less prior to taking occupancy, all monies (initial and final payment) on account will be forfeited. |
